Pathetic experience, will never suggest anyone to visit this hospital, even Govt hospitals are far far better then this hospital.... It's 03:30 AM in the morning and I am writing this review you can understand how horrible experience I am facing here.. My wife was admitted in the hospital and we choose private single room for comfortable stay... But we had a horrendous experience.

My baby born in this hospital & discharge by dated 16 Oct 2023.We got awsome services by this hospital. All staf are very cooperative. They are really nice take care thier patients. Specifically Dr. Roopam is great & never compromise with treatment compare to other hospital. I m totally satisfied with their hospitality.

The doctor and patient facilities are good but the waiting area of 3 floor has just one wall fan .. it's getting hard for multiple people to wait. facilities for people who are waiting are not good at all.

WE ARE STUCK HERE AND UNABLE TO LEAVE. They don't behave well with Senior citizens. We're stuck like we are in a jail. They are delaying the insurance claim process. They are deliberately extending the stay here. Admitted for an overnight observation only for gastric issues. They quickly took an experience video which is false. As doctor asked for a discharge. Harassment started after that.

Very Worst experience, hospital only mentioned accepts Ayushmann card but reality's deferent demand extra money. Like 25% on medicine & 70% on X-ray ultrasound ETC. also pay payment for blood reports & admission fee before the patient is admitted. and if you do not pay this then the doctor will refer you to OPD.

Worst Hospital experience.... Admin and House keeping doesn't care about basic hygiene.... TPA guy smokes weed and send incorrect claim details multiple time to insurance company due to which stay extends for days. No support received during night hours, staff clearly says that admin team and everyone will come in morning then you coordinate. Would never prefer such hospital, it's better to visit govt. Hospital rathen than le Crest. Trust me. This is second experience with this hospital not once.

Bad service & staff. Last night my friend had stomach pain. So we went le creast hospital and they charged rs-1050 as a consultant and room emergency charges only for 20 minutes & gave only 1 pill for acidity. We won't recommend taking service for this hospital. Emergency k naam par dhanda bana rakha h. Bhagwan se daro all staff and hospital members.

Reviewing this after my mom had to be rushed into emergency care due to her sugar levels dropping at 2 in the night. We had a rocky start but eventually the doctors and management resolved all our concerns with utmost sincerity. Now I feel we have a new trusted hospital to go to. The hospital is at a 5 min distance from my house in Sector 3 Vasundhara, Ghaziabad and we were debating at 2am over if we can trust a newly set hospital or should we take the risk of approaching a more established name like Fortis or Apollo a few more KMs ahead. We decided to not take any risk and got her admitted into emergency with a doctor and a nurse initially on her case and they asked us to get her into the ICU to monitor her overnight. Few +s and -s we faced during this whole experience: While getting her admitted with the management, the receptionist during the night duty first briefed us of the charges for ICU but then asked us to deposit 50,000 in advance as their hospital protocol. We settled for 30,000 instead but not everyone rushing into emergency care might be carrying that kind of money on them. Also they do not have tie ups with many popular healthcare insurance brands. After that, once my mother was in the ICU at night and we were in the waiting, no doctor or nurse from the SICU duty informed us of her health conditions during the whole night and we had to sit in anticipation. However the security personnel during both night and day duty were constantly helping us find about her well being and also in making sure we were comfortable in the ICU waiting area. When the hospital's morning staff started rushing in, we raised all these incidents and concerns to them and then it started to get better for us. The +s are, They apologized to us for their poor management previously and started keeping tabs on how they can improve their services. They assigned a proper dietician approved meal for my mother along with hourly walk in checks from doctors and nurses. Talking to my mother, her experience with the doctors and nurses were great as a patient from the start. The senior doctors are very skilled in their diagnosis. And the best people are the support staff and nurses who are very gentle with all the patients. Once we were in the wards, which are clean, big and spacious enough to accomodate two attendees and the patient, we were constantly contacted by the management to hear if we had any queries or complaints. Hence overall they worked on their weaknesses and problem points and transformed me from a frustrated customer into a satisfied one.
