Ordered curry, roti, masala papad.
Order was short but came after 35 min.
It was too long to wait.
The table were not cleaned so I hav to tell the waiter to get the clean or to arrange some other table.
The plates were also not clean properly.
The prices are reasonable but the problem lies in the staff.
They sometimes hav their mission management.
Good Taste clean and well maintained ambience .
Tasted Palak paneer , Dal tadka, Veg manchurian and Jira Rice , Roti.

They have experience in various concepts and are working hard to make it happen in Pune.

When you are craving for good wholesome,am hungry,eat now food,then just place your vegetarian north indian dhaba-style food-order with uncle's dhabha.
Why?Because they make such good wholesome,robust well rounded with spices food.
What we had
Paneer kofta: This is classic dhabha style taste.With flavours coming from paneer is sumptuous dish.The gravy had cashew powder,hint of greenchilli,ginger.Whole spice flavours from cinnamon,coriander powder,hint of sweetness from sugar and well rounded with cheese and kasuri methi.
Methi malai matar: The gravy is creamy, mild and lightly sweet. there is a hint of bitterness coming from the fenugreek leaves without getting overpowering and cheese swings its itself by as rescue team.
Flavours of onion,cashew,poppy seeds,cream and hint of garam masala complete this wonder
Garlic cheese naan:With the fluffy softness coming from baking powder,baking soda and sugar which acts as natural yeast.And with curd the dough retains its moisture.
The flavours of garlic aren't nasty,just enough to keep it going.
Whole wheat stuffed kulcha:Again with baking soda and baking powder to make it soft and delicious it is.
With generous amount of veggied & sprinkle of onion seeds and fresh coriander, one can say goodbye to grease.From the heart!
Cheese vegetable pulao: The correct mix gives this a unique taste, so full of flavor,strong flavors of chillies, ginger, garlic etc.One different ingredient that was used in this pulso is cheese.
The final result was really delicious.

Nice place good atmosphere service is a little slow but then that's ok food is really good and very affordable the overall Ambience feel very nice the staff is very kind only thing because of Chandrapur and as it is an open restaurant it feels a little warm but still the restaurant people have installed fans big once in every corner which helps.
Uncle Da Dhaba is a new cloud kitchen in the town from the owners of Royal Baking Co. RBC has always made me happy with their cakes and pastries.
Uncle da dhaba serves dhaba style food, we had ordered Begum Bahar - baingan ka bharta with masala kulcha & butter masala khichadi. Begum bahar was deliciously cooked with perfect masalas and flavors. Masala Kulcha was very nicely done, could be eaten without any accompaniment - had its own taste. Butter Masala Khichadi was very soothing and comfort food with generous quantity. Food is reasonably priced and delivered on time.
Taste of the food is great ! Best thing is to eat is DAL Tadka....awesome it is.. . Take a look up before whether the place is crowded or not make sure because at the time of crowded this service has been slow down. Plating time make at least half an hour. Also please check carefully bill at the checkout time.
Good place for dinner... Food quality is good.. but taste is ok...
Staffs are well behaved but tables and chairs are not clean. Food is also fine.
