Decent place to stay. We have a good time there. Food could have been better. Overall its a ok place.

Good rooms, bit pricey. Quite some distance from the bus stand and railway station. Decent and helpful staff, and mobile payments via NFC available. They have some arrangements for providing food - maybe from the nearby restaurant.

Beware of them. If you book for a guest, they try to extract money from the guest too. So if you stay there please double check for the payments with your guest before you pay. I booked 2 rooms 1 month back. One for my family and one for my guest. Even before 1 day they confirmed again. They didn't inform me that they had given a different category of room to my guest. Since we didn't see each others room. I just had to trust what they said. But later i found out that they had got additional money from me and extracted money from my guest too by disturbing them continuously during their work hours. Due to the trouble these people gave in between the work, they just paid the amount without asking me. It was only now that i found out that they have cheated like this.

10-11-2023 Worst ambience no value for pre booking ,If you book for 1 suite room u will end up getting 2 deluxe room with extra cost though u have booked room before 1 week .It was conveyed that rooms will be available once reaching there rooms was given to some one else .I prefer to avoid this hotel next time

This place met my expectations with 100% satisfactory. I used to stay in luxury hotels, but I felt this hotel is better than luxury hotel. I surprised with their price and that too with no restrictions on check in and check out time. I suggest that anyone can prefer this hotel without any hesitation. The restaurant is another excellent complement to hotel. Very reasonable cost to stay. You truly get satisfied by their humble behaviour of staff, cleanness and hygiene. After seeing the reviews booked this place directly over the phone. They have different categories of rooms and the rooms were neat and clean. They have good space for car parking. Staffs are courteous and helpful. Check in procedure were simple and fast. Only thing I felt is they said they would give discount when spoke to the person over the phone, but there was no discount provided during the checkout. The person whom I spoke hadn't mentioned to the other person in the reception. So when you are booking directly make sure that if they give any discount keep reminding about the amount so that they will make a note in the bill. Unfortunately In my case the person hadn't mentioned so it was just a normal booking. Overall a good place to stay with the family. The veg restaurant is too good. They provide complimentary breakfast.
