Personal trainer also available in this gym i have choosen personal training program to weight loss My personal trainer PAVAN sir has guiding me well and he also monitored my daily routines and given me proper diet and workout to loose my weight. Another trainer Pradeep sir has also treated well and given good workout when my trainer unavailable Thanks to both trainer for training me with correct posture workout . Even now female trainer also available in this gym for ladies to do their gym with more comfortable.
