Lazy Lagoon if you want to stay in a quiet environment and have transport to explore beaches and other places this is a place to stay undoubtedly. Lot of dinning places within 2km and their own restaurant is just awesome! Fish tandoori needs a special mention. Staff is extremely accommodating and humble. Comfortable spacious stay. Enjoyed my stay here ! Cheers to the entire team !!

This resort in Goa shares similarities with many others in terms of its compact size and proximity to a road with limited parking. However, its location is conveniently close to Baga Beach and numerous excellent restaurants. The standout feature here is the incredibly helpful and friendly staff, particularly the girl in the cafe. Both the cafe and room service teams went out of their way to fulfill our requests, even during odd hours, for which we are immensely grateful. The rooms are of a decent size, and considering the price is under 4,000 rupees per night, it's hard to find a better deal.

Budget value hotel.... Rooms are ok.... Room service is good, although fridge in my room was not working when I visited... Also it would be good if they would install smart TV's in room.... Check in is at 3:00pm but check out is at 11:00m, which is a big bummer.....

This is like most other Goa resorts which is small in size, next to a road and has limited parking. Location is quite close to Baga and many other good restaurants. Staff is super amazing and helpful especially the girl in the cafe. Cafe and room service staff accommodated our all requests, some in odd hours too and we are very thankful to that. Rooms are of decent size too. With sub 4K/night, I don't think it can get any better

Recently, I've started here for 4 nights. Initially, the stay was ok. Our experience took an unexpected turn when we shifted to bigger rooms on the second day. We told the front office to shift our luggage to the other rooms as we were going out. When we returned at midnight, they made us wait another 25-30 minutes. Upon constantly questioning why the wait was, the receptionist- Sandeep Charan revealed that they gave my already allotted room to another guest without my consent, and are making alternate arrangements where in the AC was under repair and used/ not made out. So basically, I've paid half a day for a room that was undergoing repair- which is atrocious. The receptionists lack dedication towards helping the guests. They are lazy and arrogant. The service is terrible. The whole property has constant power cuts, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. It's such a shame, considering how beautiful the property is. A classic example of how lack of proper maintenance and service makes any star hotel worthless to stay. No manager reached out to me to address my inconvenience... It was truly a shame. Please don't consider staying here if you want a star hotel experience.

Rooms are nice. Service is good. We did not like breakfast. Spread and preperation both were average. They provide glass water bottles filled with RO water to save plastic which is excellent. But the glass bottles are dirty, water deposited at bottom- yello colour. Couldn't drink.

Excellent location, beautiful pool and friendly service....the only sour point is that they claim to be pet friendly but surprise you by charging Rs1500 per day for my Persian tom cat who needed no pet bed, who does not pee or poo their premises ....

We went to enquire about the group booking for our family trip, the sales person was not available, receptionist asked someone else to help us but that person did not even talk properly and just asked us to visit next day, upon asking for a glass of drinking water he just pointed us to a corner table where a jug of water was kept. Why would i take my family to a hotel with such a poor service.
