I have stayed here for 3 nights, rooms are good but the service is too bad. Ask for cutlery, they bring only plate.. Ask for for food, nothing will be in the menu nd the staff doesn't know English or Hindi. They charged me more than the booking amount. I gave my room key card in the reception for cleaning nd the receptionist kept the card in the Xerox mechine. I asked for the check out bill well in advance, they started to make the bill once I reached the reception and the processing is very very very slow. Informed front desk for cleaning and they came once during the three day stay. And at the last minute before leaving....they didn't give me the bill as their team had to inspect the room for any missing object. This is a disrespect to the guest and I had to miss my flight as I wasted 30 mins in this process. No cutlery provided and didn't come for room cleaning and they expect the room nd bedsheet to be clean. Atlast had to pay 2000/- for the bedsheet food stains. If the hotel team is more reactive in the service... I would not have wasted my money and missed my flight. Very bad experience. You can show progress with some human involvement and a decency towards customers.

1. The pipelines of the washrooms and bathrooms are connected, so you can expect your room to become smelly at any time. 2. The manager accepts bribes of 1500 INR in order to allow visitors. Otherwise, visitors are not permitted, regardless of the time. 3. Room service staff may enter your room using a master key regardless of whether you are present or not. 4. Even if you get a small spot on their bedsheet/comforter, you will be charged more than 2k INR for same. 5. Buffet timings are from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, you cannot take any food in your room, even a cup of tea. (If you ask something from live kitchen at 10:20 AM, your request will not be accepted) I have stayed in this hotel for 1 month and it was really a horrible experience.

The laundry staff ruined my polo shirt with holes, and they are asking for an invoice for the shirt for reimbursement. No one keeps an invoice for every piece of clothing they have bought. Simply cheating.

I have stayed at Lazdana several times. The rooms are great for the price. Has a nice pool. Its a small boutique hotel where you can personal attention. Mr Mobin the manager one day even got me fruit to the room when I mentioned that I skip breakfast but only have fruit. The location is also great. Walking distance to old airport road and also a quick ride to metro station.

Room was very good, food was fine but service needs lots of attention from management, has lots of scope for improvement.

I didn't even know this place existed in Blore. To much of my admiration, Lazdana proved to be an ideal place for my short business trip. Apart from the spaces and ambiance, the human effort that was perceived at its best. The hotel staff was really generous and experienced. Especially the manager "Mr. Md. Mobin" had all the warm gestures and capabilities up his sleeve. He was never shy of going that extra mile for his guests, even at odd wee hours. I would really appreciate his nature and the level of gratitude and parity he puts in while addressing the guests. Finally, I would recommend people and travel managers to try Lazdana for their business trips/personal experience as it's cost structure is highly likeable in accordance with the quality and serviceability.

Great hotel, staffs were kind and very helpful. We booked the hotel through an OTA, however we did extend our stay for additional 2 days. Mr. Mobin helped us get a great deal for the extension and allowed us a late check-out since our flight was in the evening.

I almost stayed for 2 weeks and overall it was a pleasant experience. Housekeeping department is nice. Breakfast as usual was complementary but was repeatative. And the bad part was the dinner buffet which used to finished early because of the less quantity. Management of food needs to be monitored. Rooms were nice, I had 2bhk appartment room it's one of their kind. Pool is usually not cleaned you must insist them for cleaning before going for it.
