I recently purchased a Cradle and Swing from Laxons Baby World, and I couldn't be happier with my shopping experience. Their store was user-friendly, making it easy to find the perfect item. The checkout process was smooth. And the Staff were friendly and attentive. They have good knowledge and explained clearly the working of the cradle and Swing. The cardle is in excellent condition, exactly as described by them. Not only cradle and swings, there are various products starting from new born to 5 years. I've never expected there would be this kind of store in kakinada. They are also offering Door Delivery. I'm thrilled with the quality of the products and will definitely shop at Laxons Baby World again in the future. Highly recommended!!!!!

The store people missed to stamp warranty when I bought a product. Now after 1 month the product is not working and I am not in a a position to claim warranty from manufacturer. When I visited the store they did not help in any manner. Simply they can stamp it by looking at the manufacturing date and the store's bill bar code but they feel it is non of their business.
