Today I had bad experience with Laxmidas. Jewellers. I had bought diamond nose pin on 16th October and went to either exchange if eligible or resell the same. However they simply cheat people by paying 80% of diamond value and I lost 5000 rupees. They were so reluctant to open my data base to retrieve my purchased invoice and simply said that soft ware issue. These jewellers do not maintain database and try to cheat income tax departments and customers . Fraud people. I will never go back to this shop.

Very limited collections when i visited recently which is fine however we were unhappy with the salesperson behaviour. I felt she was least interested in showing atleast all the available options. We had nice experience on all of our previous visits however this time it was disappointing. Even for a minor repair request of an ornament she simply denied without even getting checked. The management should look on to improve and maintain the customer experience.
Worst experience ..having damaged silver material (ear rings...rings..etc) collection
They are the biggest fraud in the city, they charge atleast 15% wastage & making charges + GST. You will end up selling your kidney. Better opt for Malabar gold or Jos alukkas they charge only 4-5% wastage & Making charges.
