If could rate zero i would. They used to be good earlier. But now they provide the worst service. I had ordered a washing machine, which i got 3 days later. And the installation took 3 days further that too not done by the brand technicia. And the machine is faulty now. Wow.
An awesome place to shop electronic items. They have variety of products and reasonable prices. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Staff were assist with purchasing as well installation. Service also very good. Extra Note: Please take initiative to clean Sirsi. The location of the store is good but surrounding area is very dirty. People still spit where ever they want. Please put up some sign boards and tell people about cleanness.

Good store for home appliances, but be careful while buying any product from here because some products are 25% more costlier than online price. So checking with online rate before your billing is suggested.
Too much hype for shop but service is worst. I took my refrigerator for service and they kept it for two month and then they told to replace coil and which will cost 5000.
