Laxmi Towers - Lodge in Madurai - Madurai, India

I booked 2 rooms online. When checked-in we were welcomed by dirt on bedsheets, non functional wash basin, toilet jet. After asking them to change bedsheets 2 times, we got it changed. Despite following up for non functional washbasin and jet, we did not get it changed till 11pm. Finally at 11pm hotel staff asked us to move to another room, which was better in cleanliness. Online booking site mentioned no single and many other rules, but at 10 pm there were people smoking, drinking and sitting outside their rooms.

Is there any negative rating to give. Very bad rooms. Rooms are unclean. No drinking water . Do not expect any service from anyone. We reached there around 6 pm however the room was not clean till that time. We had to wait minimum 1 hr to get it ready. No parking for cars.

Comfortable accommodation providing a peaceful night's sleep. Average toilets and beds. Several bed options available. A single room option is available, accomodating 4-5 individuals. Ideal for short-term stay with reasonable pricing. Convinently located within walking distance to Madurai Meenakshi Temple and Perungudi Bus Stand. The property offers a parking for a maximum of three cars.

Booked a AC delux room. The room was okish for a night stay. AC was working good. Location is center main madurai and near to railway station and Meenakshi Amman temple as well. variety of food options nearby.Room service is good. overall it's a avg room, just book a night stay and continue the travel next day.#cheers.

It was shocking, make my trips also do not validate, in online they have presented as ac room with wifi. After entering hotel there was no such facility. Problem is that they ask advance money...so frustrating

Center of the city.. walkable distance to bus stand and temple.. To improve housekeeping.. hot water facility not available by 24x7..

One of the worst place to stay as a family in Madurai. We stayed in three double bedded A/c for a night Entire Corridor was filled with Cigarette smoke When A/C was switched on, it was dripping water all day and receptionist least bothered to change us to other room They didn't provided bedsheet when checked in for an AC room and claimed all the bed sheets were sent to Dhobi for cleaning We asked him for more than 3 times and they have provided bedsheets only at night 10pm when I raised my voice Also, Extra bed was paid during booking since we came as 4 but they were least bothered to provide it. We have to use one of the bedsheets as bed spread on floor and slept all night For TV they didnt pay dth connection and they Kept it for namesake Bathroom was stinking and everything is rusted There were some many thing to raise like Parking, staff behaviour, lethargic attitude Glad we didn't make booking for more than a day Please avoid this at all cost especially if you are coming as family

Would have given negative rating, if possible. Definitely not worth choosing this place for Stay
