Laxmi Palace Heritage Boutique Hotel - Hotel in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

I really prefer Laxmi palace.its very well maintained and clean.The staffs are so good and cooperative. The chefs in the restaurant prepare delicious food. Breakfast is very tasty and different varieties. Rooms are very clean. Located in centre of the city ,all shops are nearby It's safer place.Roof top restaurant is very good. Finally it's worth for money and I prefer this hotel in my next visit also.

When I arrived I was told I didn't have breakfast included. I felt like they were trying to scam me a bit because why would they tell me that if I had chosen not to include breakfast? I had payed for it and had proof. I asked to talk to the manager. 2 min later the receptionist looked at me smiling saying << oh I'm so sorry I confused your name with this one >> and the other name had nothing to do with mine. I got angry, obviously. Not 5 star behaviour at all. More like a 2 star hotel in the vibe. I mean, staff should be able to read a name. Pool : shallow, not so clean, only 2 beds to lay on, not much space, cold. Built in a place where it hardly gets any sun. Good point : closes at 10pm. Extremely loud because we're near the busy road. Food is not amazing. But good enough. I had fresh fruit and some Indian food. Breakfast area was full and loud. It's not such a big room. Rooms : nice colours but smelt a bit and hasn't been renovated for too long. Shower was old. I didn't like the overall vibe of the place and the staff. We had 2 complimentary small bottles of water. When I asked for more they said it was chargeable. I mean, where on earth can't you have drinkable water in a 5 star? So I asked them for their filtered tap water in a jug. No fridge in the Royal room. Very noisy. Called << boutique hotel >> because they sell a few dresses in an empty room. It looked more like a dressing up party with second hand clothes.

Booked 2 family rooms. Check In takes time. Family rooms were spacious but the bathrooms are small. Most of the fittings were old and loose. Ours kept coming off the tap. Breakfast buffet spead is good but in a small seating area. The other room we booked had continuing issues with hot water for shower. Management had to supply hot water in buckets. The usher at the door is quite friendly.

Good place to stay with infant/solo/family. Breakfast was very good. Service also good. Especially night dinner in roof top restaurant and they are conducting dance program. So we enjoyed our food with outside view and dance performance and it was all pleasant. My baby enjoyed the show.

The hotel is great. Rooms are good, although the bathroom was small. I got the most basic room in 1600 and for that price point, it was a great deal. The location is also pretty good. Just behind the bus stand so easily accessible. Swimming pool is also available but little small. Seevice of staff is reasonably well. Overall a good package hotel

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in while in India. The staff at the reception was super nice, they checked us in very quickly and let us stay at the reception area for hours after we checked out and found out that our train is x hours delayed, even offered us some free refreshments while we were still crashing there! The restaurant is great with a nice view and the restaurant staff is also very nice and polite. We didn't try the pool so no comments on that. Breakfast had pretty good selection even for vegans. We got very big and generous room and the facilities were overall very good and very well designed!

Hotel is located just behind the Jaipur bus station. Rooms are spacious. Interior is beautiful. Food is very yummy. Service is fast. Pool is small but well maintained. At dinner time, some traditional performances are arranged on top floor of restaurant to give some Rajasthani vibes. It was an amazing stay at this hotel. Recommended to all.

A great stay for a family of 4 members. We booked two rooms, near and clean with all basic facilities. Toilets were clean and well maintained. Located in a peaceful location. Staff is very friendly and professional. Food prices were a bit expensive but overall the experience was good. Hotel has a roof top restaurant where cultural dances and programs happen that give a very unique experience while dining. I would highly recommend Laxmi palace to everyone planning their trip to Jaipur!
