Facilities are good. Sisters in the third floor, Sravani, Madhavi and Divya are very good, knowledgeable and cooperative. Doctors monitor round the clock on third floor special rooms. Sandhya rani madam is very experienced, supporting and helpful. Dr. Reshma and supporting doctors are also very helpful in critical situations. Aayas and nurses helped in initial feeding sessions, diaper changes for baby and mother, nursing. Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned frequently. Baby bed was also given on request. We had very good experience. Areas of improvement: a canteen and drinking water bottles are required for patients and visitors. Also visitors should not be allowed outside visiting hours as they make lot of noise.

Parking is to be done outside the premises.

One of the worst hospital for Paediatrics in Hanumakonda Few days back we admitted my kid who is suffering from high fever. As per my experience this hospital is not advisable for anyone to get treated. Doctors are not available (No visiting doctors are available for night shift) for the hospitalized patients during the nighttime which is making difficulty for patients for any emergency. The treatment is given completely different from the diagnosis from blood tests. Though blood tests came negative for malaria doctor gave the malaria treatment and when we asked the same, they said as a precautionary they are giving the malaria treatment. Blood and urine shown infection and all other reports like malaria, typhoid shown negative. At the time of discussing with the doctor about the patient condition and treatment, there is no clear explanation, and they keep on saying we should be in hospital for another 2/3 days for the treatment. A king will be praised only when the people of the country are Good at their own work. May be the Doctor is more professional and experienced but not the staff in the hospital. Still no patient will give normal dlivery birth 94% will be delivered under C -Section. Every one except the doctor will behave rudely and never answer for your questions or help in the rooms. NOTE:- ROOM CLEANING STAFF(DAY AND NIGHT SHIFT BOTH), PATIENT CARRIERS FROM ICU TO ROOM AND EVEN WATCHMEN WILL NOT ONLY ASK MONEY THEY DEMAND YOU THE PARTICULAR AMOUNT THEY WANT, THEY WILL NOT TAKE WHAT YOU GIVE. WORST MAINTENANCE NO PROPER SECURITY AT NIGHT, NIGHT WATCHMEN WILL SLEEP EXACTLY AT 11 WITHOUT ANY HESITATION AND DISTURBANCE.
