1.Worse customer support . Good will of company is maintained only by giving good support to customer but in this showroom you will be promised for support only while purchasing their product but later on you will be ignored. 2. No awareness of products they are selling. They tells improper features of product while selling and later on asks sorry for their mistake. I have seen this multiple times with many customer and same had happened with me. 3. Untrained staff. They neither answers the call properly nor hand over to their showroom owner during the time of customer need . Sometimes they tells that their owner has gone to bank. Sometimes in market . Sometimes on 3rd floor ( strange because 3rd floor doesn't exist in this showroom). And many excuses. I had bought inverter AC and double door inverter refrigerator from Laxmi showroom. Now curse myself for purchasing from here. It's good to purchase product from Khurana Electronics in Pilkhuwa rather than opting for LAXMI LG showroom.
I buy lcd product is very good and product is cost low compared to online stores Flipkart or Amazon.
