Lavish inn - Hotel in New Delhi, Delhi - West, India

The rooms here are very nice and very comfortable. Each room has a different theme, which is very interesting. I loved the interiors. Cleanliness is up to the mark. Room service is good. They dont have their own kitchen but they get u very good and tasty food. Its pleasant staying here. Just one issue, the staff on the reception are not very welcoming.

Location is on a bustling traffic street of Rajouri Garden. Parking is a big issue although the place has arrangements for 4-5 four wheeler parking. The biggest of all the problems is 0 signal strength across all the mobile services. You can't receive or make any call from within the room. You shall come out of the property in case you want to make a call. For availing any facility for a family functions please get everything in written as lot of communication gaps were faced during the bookings and later when the services were availed. Rooms are good, well ventilated and nicely air conditioned.

It was okay-ish. location, parking facility and food are the only pros they offer which are good. But you know you shouldn't be dealing with mosquitoes and ciggarette smell in room even after paying 3000 for a night. Every instruction or order for the room service had to be given thrice.

The room was ok not that high standard as it looks in pictures uploaded by hotel. Privacy no issues and surrounding was also good . Proper parking facility. What I didnt like is that the TV was not working properly and the hotel staff was unable to solve the glitch therefore I got stucked in a room with no TV and the experience got very boring.

When we first stayed at this hotel it was very good, clean, comfortable and in working order. But now it seems to have deteriorated. A lot of plug sockets were not working. Toilets are in a bad state, sky tv kept losing signal and the bed sheets even though washed had seen better days.

I am very satisfied with the hotel facility. Service and all are very good. No issue regarding any thing there. I had my food there and I like it. Hotel is located at the best place. Nice amenities and all are there. Room is very comfortable. Overall hotel is very clean.

The Hotel is at a good location, you will find so many eateries nearby and the staff is also nice. However they don't even provide mode than two bottles of water complementary to their guests, moreover they charge double the mrp is you ask for a bottle of water which is something I disliked.

In this trip I faced a lot of issues which I never faced earlier like the fridge was not working, the Wi-Fi was not working when I was staying on the first floor. This time I felt the staff was least interested to help us out with the issues even with the basic things like 'shower not working' or 'water clogging in the wash basin'.
