1. Best trainer who have lot of patience. 2. Trainers will focus on developing core strength and increasing fitness level 3. Good equipments Its really a great gym. Firstly trainer is an amazing lady. Whatever doubts you have, she will explain you with patience and teaches you alot more about fitness.

A great place to workout! Loved the time I spent there. Lavanya aunty is so sweet and friendly. She takes personal care and helps out with the equipments and workouts. She taught me an excellent combination of abs, arms and core body workouts. She is very experienced and knows which set of workouts would suit us the best. She is encouraging and motivating and made the gym experience a lot of fun for me! Every session was intense and I could see my body change a lot in those 2 months. Would definitely recommend this place to all the ladies out there.

My first experience here was just amazing... Lavanya sis was really awesome she took care of the trainees so much... Very good area as well... I lost for 4 kgs in a month... she's so supportive for trainees
