I had an extremely disappointing experience with Lavanya Sanitary Centre, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. I purchased bathroom taps and a diverter from this establishment, hoping for quality products and reliable service. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be a nightmare. A few months after making the purchase, I noticed watermark stains on the Jaquar diverter and Parryware taps. Concerned and seeking a solution, I decided to return to Lavanya Sanitary Centre for advice. This is where my ordeal truly began. One of their employees suggested that I buy a specific cleaning liquid and provided instructions on how to use it. I followed these instructions meticulously, mixing the liquid with water, applying it to the watermarked areas, and patiently waiting for 10 minutes before wiping it off with a dry cloth. To my shock and dismay, instead of resolving the issue, this cleaning liquid ended up stripping away the silver coating from the taps and diverter, making matters worse. Troubled by this outcome, I returned to Lavanya Sanitary Centre the next day, hoping to speak with the salesperson who had advised me to use this destructive liquid. However, my attempts to contact him were met with an alarming silence. What's more, despite my numerous attempts to raise a complaint and seek assistance from the store's staff, not a single employee bothered to respond or address my concerns. This utter lack of accountability and customer care is simply inexcusable. To add insult to injury, when I consulted another employee at the store, they recommended that I file a complaint with Jaquar for the diverter and contact Parryware regarding the water taps. Following this advice, I pursued the necessary steps. However, when a Jaquar service engineer finally visited my home, I was informed that the damage was, in fact, a result of the cleaning liquid I had purchased from Lavanya Sanitary Centre, and that they would not be replacing the product. In summary, my experience with Lavanya Sanitary Centre has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of accountability, the indifference of their staff, and the unhelpful advice provided by one of their own employees led to significant damage to my bathroom fixtures. This has been a colossal letdown, and I strongly caution others against relying on Lavanya Sanitary Centre for their sanitary needs. My trust in this establishment has been shattered, and I am left feeling utterly dissatisfied and disheartened by their lack of professionalism and customer service.

Very bad. Too costly. Less varieties.

Have been to this place to purchase bathroom fittings. The fittings collection was enormous. They mostly have branded fittings from parryware, jaguar, roca. They give a good discount in the display price. They do accept upi, credit card and debit card payments.
