Laura resort & waterpark , D'souza Resort/Farmhouse Titwala - Water park in Kalyan - Thane, India

We were total 11 people the cost for pp was Rs. 1700/- inclusive all. They gave us one room with 4 single bed & for rest mattresses. There was leakage all over the room & toilets were not maintain well there was no jet spray & very unhygienic. The food was not at all Good. They cannot manage the crowd well & long queue for food. The pool was okay but no filter process & water stinks.

If they are charging fully, they should provide all services (fun activities). We had visited on last week but child park was not working as per schedule and when I asked to staff they don't have any answer.

It is really good for corporate events and programs, We will find very good hospitality from dream valley resort team, especially food is very tasty and value for money, not only food many indoor and outdoor games also available, We sincerely thanks to Staff and team for arranging delicious food to all, once again thanks to all the staff Laura resort & waterpark , D'souza Resort/Farmhouse Titwala.

A less popular resort where you can barely see crowd even on weekends. Not enough rides if you are a pro but for beginners it's more than enough. Food was good. For small kids, parks and rides are also available. Washrooms are okay and lockers are available as well.

Good Very nice place for all age groups. Food and service was very good. Prices are very reasonable. Room size was decent. Can be better by maintaining a little more cleanliness of rooms, washrooms as well as swimming pool. One pool was somewhat clean, but 2 other pools had lots of moss on that floor tiles. Cafeteria floor tiles are very slippery and slopes extremely at few places, maybe they should be replaced by 1 or 2 steps. Extra charges are applied for switching on AC, which should be informed in advance. Overall very nice experience. Kids and Senior Citizens in our group enjoyed the stay and activities.

Zero maintenance on rooms. Visited thrice earlier but this June It worst experience. Very unhygienic toilets and bathrooms. Don't go for stay. Food was good but was not suffice for 7 of us. Very less served. After requesting he brought from where he hid in kitchen.

The water in the pools seems like they haven't cleaned it or changed it in a very long time. You can feel the slimy moss on your feet when you enter the pool. There are very few slides and some don't even work. The only highlight was the service in the canteen. But even the food was not that great. More over, the animals in the farm are not being looked after properly. The Persian cats are being served oily and spicy food. And the worst part was looking at the tortoise enclosure. It is a surprise that those tortoises are alive in such bad conditions. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place since there are many better resorts available at the same price.

Very dirty, pool and slides are not good for kids. Bathroom are very dirty, changing rooms are common for all no individual rooms. Ot maintain properly. Property is very old. They can't manage crowd on Sunday. Food was not tasty all meals are too oily. Better resorts are available in same rate. So only one last comment: Dirty Please don't waste your money.
