Bad attitude towards customer. They fought with a family when the family asked to clean the garbage near the table. As a result the family with kids had to leave as the kids started crying after listening to the manager of the hotel. Delayed food delivery time, delayed cleaning, and bad attitude. Everyone should avoid.
Overall experience was very good though i have only one complaint that they should use amul butter instead of local brand butter. We had breakfast here and they have served us tandorri parantha along with masala tea. Although everything was good but i am pointing out butter as they have charged 40 rs for 4 pieces of butter.
Chai was as worst as garm pani it made us remember the run movie dialogue "Ye chai hai ki pani hai be??".
Worst experience with the restaurant... didn't get quality food and also what we ordered, after that Serving person was agressive and he wasn't ready to take our feedback. And also don't enter without cash... They don't provide any online and card payment.

Please don't go to this place the owner is least bothered if you complain. The price of every item is unjustified with taste. Very ordinary taste of every item we ordered...long laachi special daal 0.5/10, Daal Makhani 0.5/10, paneer makhani 0.5/10, Raita 0/10, Malai makhani champ 0.5/10, butter Naan 0/10 burnt from outside and uncooked from inside, jeera rice 4/10 overall cleanliness of the place 2/10.
Please don't waste your money & time. Ordered oreo shake and it was served with plastic(milk packet plastic) in the shake. Paneer makhani and daal makhani was awful. Also the raita was served which was extremely sour and passed its use by date.
Worst service ever. No one came to take our order for over half an hour. When we complained to the manager, he seemed least bothered. Multiple customers had complaints of delay.
When we were leaving also, no one, not even the waiters or the manager or the other people at the counter were bothered; and were lost in their own world. Fancy lighting but poor customer service.
Best to skip this one and go somewhere else.
