Pro's: 1.good location, exactly beside of kiit campus, lots of shopping stores and restaurants near of it 2. Low of cost . You can get an ac room , bathroom with water heater , a locker in room , so pretty much provides the basic modern needs 3. Stuffs are humble . (Even when we checked out and got an emergency to use the bathroom, they didn't mind) 4. Felt secure and safe Cons: Really small room,low maintained room , small bathroom, close the main gate by 11 pm Water heater stopped working, but they provided warm water in a bucket

The location and service are the main attractions here. The accomodations are situated in such a place where it is easy to get public transport and there are plenty of eateries nearby. Rooms are pretty decent at the price and you have almost round the clock service

Horrible hotel. No lift. Dirty rooms. They charge for ac and turn it off and don't even turn it back on after repeated complaints. Horrible staff. Avoid this place

It is a good and affordable place. The room was fairly clean. Bed was old and creaky, the mattress and pillow might not have been the worst; the mattress was a bit on the harder side and the pillows did not look that clean but acceptable. Bathroom looked clean, there was a geyser so hot water was available for bath throughout the day. If you want an affordable place with essential amenities, go for it. Outside food is allowed or alcohol if that matters to you. It is a good afordable place.

Nice location. Atmosphere is very beautiful and discipline also .Rooms are very lovely designed and advanced technology use. Price is very low as compared to my demand like free WiFi , deluxe rooms , well service and well behaviour by the staff members , laundry and fooding . I like it and love it.

I booked a single room with an attached washroom for which I have paid nominal amount offer. I was visiting my daughter who studies at Kiit University and this place is really very close to KIIT. The room they gave me was really good for single person at this price also with attached western wash room and geyser. Room was clean but I found they need to improve cleanliness in common areas also there is lack of professionalism in all the staffs. Wi-Fi speed is really great.

First of all my review is not perfect as my stay was very brief. But the room size is very small and the bathroom is even smaller. If you are a big person then you probably won't fit in the bathroom. The price was very modest. The staff was good. If you are traveling with kids then probably look somewhere else. As I stayed with my brother, we managed.
