Treatment wise good but heavily unorganized staff. Need to wait long time because of no skilled staff and no communication and coordination among staff members. When my grand father was an in patient they informed to meet ENT specialist Dr. G. Sameera, we came to first floor along with my grand father in wheel chair. They asked us to wait. I have explained the patient situation and asked to inform Dr. Sameera. Staff nurses are saying doctor is busy with out patients and scolding us if we inform. We have waited around 1 hour 45 minutes. Here the question is why can't they communicate among themselves to reduce waiting pain to patients. When the patient is in ICU attender has to sleep in chairs or first floor. They will keep boards saying they will change patient's bed sheets daily but they will never change. When we came for followup checkup also need to wait for 3 hours un necessarily. Very less responsible.for appointment booking they provide mobile number, if we call no one picks the call. Regarding hospital maintainance negitive stars.
