Very nice place ,room n bathroom was very clean ,food was tasty n staff behaviour was also polite n good ,we enjoyed a lot but the only bad point was swimming pool water was not clear overall good experience,wud like to visit again
Hotel hostility is good but room is average. Required AC room. Needs more clean and tidy surrounding the hotel lobby. Manager's behaviour & service is excellent, all the Staff are very humble.
The stay was very nice. Service provided was also great. Food quality was also great. The room was a little untidy but everything else was fine. Keep it up!
If you are looking for proper experience of the forest area like cottages, jungle view, etc. then this place is not for you. Although safari ticket stall, market area is nearby and the behavior of the staffs are quite nice. I felt like the charge for the bonfire was quite higher than other hotels.
Great experience. Staff behaviour is great. Hotel is in great location i.e near to Safari ticket counter as well as to the market. Rooms are super. Food is also great and customisable as i am traveling with two senior citizens and a 3 yr old kid so they provided food without pepper for my child. Staff from the hotel called me in the morning i.e 4hr before arrival to know the food preferences.my mom have osteo arthritis so they gave us room in the ground floor. Super happy with the hospitality.
This is too much mind blowing resort... because maneger behaviour is too good... And room quality is so luxurious.. At last I want to say about food... Food quality is very delicious.. overall grade I want sent this resort this 'A+++' class resort...
Budget friendly hotel...but best in class.Gorumara safari office is 2 min walk. The food service is quite good ...and fresh.The Manager Rakesh is way too frank and helpful.Cleanliness is upto the mark.
Hospitality is great and food quality is so good..I am reducing 2 stars coz the maneger fooled us. You should book the hotel by face to face deal,not over the phone. And if u book over the ph then please save the call recordings.
