No doubt the hospital is good so far the treatment is concerned but pathetic management honestly. Some examples are: single lift for all patients, their relatives which is always occupied if you wait starting at the 1st floor. The wait time is unpredictable. No one makes sure that people are following a line or waiting in a line. Some of the doctors treat you pathetic and always asks to stand outside of the door even if you have the smallest of query or if you are asked by receptionist to wait. They treat you like you know nothing and they are the incharge of everything. Rude behavior shown by some of the receptionist as well. Every time I visited it took me minimum 5 hours to get myself checked for the smallest of the thing. Rooms are separated for male and female patients but due to lack of management, no one cares who is entering what room. The Gyne dept has curtains that hardly cover the bed while doctors are examining female patients and men are standing right outside of the room and it is so embarrassing to see the same. Where it is clearly written We completely understand that there are thousands of patients visiting the hospital but there has to be a systematic management to avoid the above chaos and suffering caused to patients. If the people in charge make sure they manage crowd well, doctors will have a smooth transition while looking at the patients. Whith great treatment the hospital should focus on nice management as well.

The staff is not taking proper care of patients because the patients are ordinary. Only VIP gets the doctors and other critical cases are also dealt by under trainees. VIP gets sleepers for going into an severely infected ICU and the doctor who are getting infection from various wards are not removing their shoes at all but the patient's aquintance are that much infected that their shoes are so dirty and can't get normal sleepers for going into ICU. The uttermost negligence of hospital administration may lead to infection of aquintance of patients. The sleepers should be provided to all who would go to ICU.

Doctor are not qualified enough to treat critically ill patients, They have a system of appointing a patient to one doctor and if that doctor is not available, staff doesn't care even if get died I have seen two deaths today in MICU, family is suffering but they don't have qualified doctors to save the patient. WORST HOSPITAL (hope govt. will take some action against this hospita)

Very good hospital, doctors are very good, services are affordable. Very clean premises, huge hospital with many beds and floors. This is a college as well. All facilities available from canteen to pharmacy. Greenery all around, huge parking space and more.
