Over all experience for spa is okay Therapist are good with their skill However post pandemic the management is changed so there is huge difference with the hospitality service No welcome drink provided No post therapy drink Water provided only on request The charm of the spa is missing, a lot of improvement and training to be done to get back that spark back in spa .
