Laser Show - Akshardham - Tourist attraction in Gandhinagar - Gandhinagar, India

Our son enjoyed the laser show the most. There is a mythological drama depicted using laser show. It was executed meticulously. It kept all of us (our family of 5- my parents, my husband, son and me) engaged till the end of the show. Popcorns, soft drinks and ice-creams are available just next to the laser show open air seating arrangement. You can enjoy eating popcorn while watching the show. The authorities ensure to keep the crowd managed by ensuring entries in proper lines. There is a restaurant near the exit point for food.

While the Swaminarayan temple is a beautiful structure in itself, the 'son et lumiere' which is shown here at 1930hrs daily, is more of a draw, in my humble opinion. Grand visuals projected onto a sheer water screen, accompanied by actual fire effects, some live acting and dramatic voice-overs, make the entire show captivating and memorable. If you're visiting Gandhinagar, this laser show is a 'must see'.

I have witnessed the most amazing show of my life, which was organized with great effort by the management and executed impeccably by the team. The performances of the real actors, "Nachiketa" and "Nachiketa's father," were absolutely fabulous. This was my first time experiencing a Laser and Water show, and I highly recommend that everyone should visit Akshardham at least once in their lifetime. It is truly an amazing place to spend a weekend, with its impressive temple, engaging exhibitions, thrilling rides, spectacular water show, and great canteen. One can easily spend an entire day here without feeling bored or unfulfilled. Show timing (Sunday) : 7:30 PM Ticket : 100 INR

Excellent fountain show. Mesmerizing effects of Laser, Water, Light, Sound and Fire. All the elements are very well synchronized and displayed. A must visit for life time experience. One of the best in Asia. There is one show daily starting around 7.00 PM. Days when visitors are beyond capacity then second show is also organized.

It was fantastic and one of the most mesmerizing moment you will ever witness. Just go have a amazing experience. The story telling was phenomenal. 5 star for their creativity and hard work.

The laser show was mesmerizing you have to must visit once in a life and it is a heart touching.. there is a mobile not allowed so we can't keep the memories but this is awesome capture in our mind

Water show is awesome for Rs100 ..All visitors are adviced to avoid sitting on the front rows...as total water show showers may make wet you as well as a bath..Also strictly cheking mobile and all...locker facility and other facilities + cafeteria are good.... don't make this beautiful area bad by our bad habits...

Amazing! Mind-blowing. No words can explain the experience. Just go and feel. *Caution:- Monday is closed and also there are two shows on the remaining days of week 1. 6:45pm 2. 7:45 pm If you wish to go for the 1st show it is better to reach before at least 1 or 2 hours to get the tickets. Also there is too much rush on weekends. Before this show you can enjoy the rides and also visit the temple.
