I recently stayed at Las Palmas and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect. The room was clean and spacious The staff are friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel's facilities, including restaurant, were good. Must try is Chicken 65. I found the dining experience delightful, with a great variety of delicious food.
I had a disgusting experience at this restaurant. Me and my family visited Munnar and decided to stop by for lunch. There was not a single person in the restaurant nor were the lights even turned on. I was a bit hesitant to eat here seeing the ambience and not a lot of items on their menu were available. The staff who took the order did not even speak the language nor did he show any hospitality. The cutlery was not clean for use and had stains all over them. Their paper straws had tiny spider webs along with the spider in them. How does this go missed? Where are the regular checks? We brought this to the owner's attention and he agreed for their mistake but it is not simply acceptable especially being a health risk for many. The management needs to take responsibility and provide better care for their food hygiene all the time!
Best place to stay in Munnar, staff was very kind and supportive, we reached two hours earlier than check-in time, still they arranged for room. Room was also neat and clean, food was awesome and prices are also reasonable, hotel is hardly 6km away from main city. Overall it was very good experience, would definitely recommend for stay in Munnar especially for Family.
We stayed here for 2 nights.....Absolutely clean hotel specially the washrooms....Staff was sooo polite and helpful....and not to forget the wonderful view from the hotel Thank u giving us such a lovely experience
