Service is very poor. While seeking for relaxation will invite agitation. Lack of professionalism. Foods are half cooked. Delayed in delivery. Geyser not working . Staffs are good in terms of behaviour but untrained, foolish, callous and not at all professional.

Horrible experience at the wedding. This hotel is managed by bunch of non professional amateur people. Only good part is the position. Even the water is polluted in the washroom.

The room has been not cleaned properly even though its newly built. Also the water that comes in washroom has smelly water which smells like sewer. There is no leaflet which let us know the wifi password or the room service number.

View was awesome. Decoration was good. Lunch and dinner was satisfactory. Staffs were well behaved. But very disappointed with few factors. Good for large group of friends to enjoy where you can shout and demand for services. Not for family members with descent behaviour. This was never expected from this chain of hotels with this price range of more than 5k per night. Complimentary breakfast: 1.There was no milk for kids and for tea. 2. No fruits. 3. Only served Puri, bread and egg. 4. Toaster was not functioning properly. 5. Upma was horrible. 6. Juice finished as one large group of 20 people drank all. Restaurant billing: They are not taking signature after lunch or dinner. So while check out, please check the bill thoroughly. They can add food bill of other person who has already checked out. Cleanliness: Pool was not maintained properly. Room was clean but bathroom was not cleaned properly. Favouritism: 1. Open consumption of alcohol is banned in the hotel but group of 20 people were openly drinking in lawn and dining area. 2. Snacks serving denied in lawn but another group enjoyed every serving in the lawn with alcohols. Safety concerns: Local people booked for party arrangements in the lawn so we were not allowed to enjoy as all the seating arrangements were made for local groups and for another large group. Also adults from the local groups were having fun in kids area. Not at all comfortable in the presence of the local people.

The hotel is situated just beside the Rupnarayan river. That's the reason it is having a breathtaking view from the riverview rooms. The total area is huge and has ample space for various kinds of activities. The whole building is yet to be completed though. The pool is very nice and big also. The staff are good and courteous. Though all the foods mentioned in the menu are not available. Also the water and soft drinks prices are too high. They charged almost double which is not ok. As there are no nearby shops option is also not present Overall the place is good for a weekend getaway.

Nice and big property. Pricing is in quite higher side. Well decorated and staffs are well behaved. Authority should take care about stray dogs, since we have found them in second floor!

Great place for weekend outing. A green paradise on the bank of Rupnarayan. River view rooms are awesome. Hotel interior is modern and attractive. Swiming pool is also good. Tarrif is bit high. Also it is difficult to reach the location if you don't have car.

Pros: Location, From the hotel room you can enjoy the beautiful Rupnarayan River. The property will give you a good feeling of luxury with well decorated gardens, gazebo, parks for children. Cons: 1. BEDBUGS in room no. 201 & room 202. 2. Room Service is very slow & irresponsive. 3. Kitchen closes at 10pm after that you wont get anything. Worst food. Chinese indian both are bad. 4. Management is very strict they wont let you enjoy your stay. 5. Looks like a pool but feels like POND. Pool Water is not at all hygenic. Dont go with the google images.
