Visited this hotel as a Corporate outing. Walkable distance from Trinity Metro Station. Buffet menu is not that great for the amount you pay(close to Rs2.5k per pax). Both Veg and Non veg items are less but taste was good. Ambiance and staff are very friendly.

Received a warm welcome from the first step in. The staff is so courteous and their smiles light up the place. It was a rainy day, so the greenery around the deck was a perfect ensconce for our lunch. We chose the buffet, which possibly is a modest spread when compared to a lot of other places. But we found the food to be lovely, and the overall experience so calming. Will take that over quantity but mediocre taste and indifferent service any day! I especially loved the sushi, and the Beijing Fish. Special s/o to Johnson who was very sweet and professional, and got me a cake even though the birthday was a week ago! Would happily visit again, just to relax and eat at a slow pace.

We stayed at the Oberoi hotel for a week and came to this restaurant every day for breakfast and a few times for dinner. The breakfast food is great, especially the items from the menu you can order to your table. The service was mostly good, but sometimes the servers were very slow or forgot some items (or served wrong items). There is definitely room for improvement here.

The atmosphere is really awesome. I enjoyed the food and the people who works here are more friendly and professional. This one of the best hotel I have visited after Taj and Marriot. Especially there is one lady called Satvika who's the trainee over there. Her way of behaving with the customers were excellent. Overall I enjoyed the place.

We went there on Saturday, the 1st of July 2023. Service and atmosphere were just about fine. The burrata came with roasted corn & basic salad which is a very weird combination - simple burrata, tomatoes, rucola & balsamico would have been sufficient. Food was of below average quality - the Parma ham pizza we ordered had lots of pieces of aluminium foil baked deep inside the pizzas. When we complained about it the chef apologised and offered us new pizza and a complimentary glass of wine which we accepted. Later in the bill, they charged us for the wine, which when we brought up, was justified as chef has left for the day, he didn't offer but just mentioned wine, etc. We know wines were there in the menu, didn't need chef to mention it. Finally they made us pay for the complimentary wine which one of their own offered to us but was not reachable during bill time.

Food was average. There were less varieties of dishes in buffet compared to other 5 star restaurants. Ambience is good, service is good. Manager was curtious enough to give noodles to my daughter for not eating spicy food. Overall good experience.

The breakfast here is out of this world. If you are in Bangalore and want to try a fulfilled breakfast you must visit this place. The spread and made to order dishes are just brilliant. Eggs Benedict , Turkish eggs , Bacon , Fresh Salad and Mozzarella Cheese with Cherry tomato's are few of the must try dishes.
