Lansdowne Building Mysore - Historical landmark in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

This building is in a dilapidated state and is no longer in use. Most of the photocopy/printing shop vendors have moved to form a line of shops just outside this building, facing it. You can't enter the old building but can walk outside on the road running along it's length to get a good view. It's is a beautiful heritage structure but its current state is saddening.

I think you can buy some great books from here. And Also you can get a lot of printing stores to print your pictures on a reasonable price. Speaking from my personal experience.

What a majestic structure!Govt should not ignore these heritage buildings .There are skilled structural engineers who can help in renovation of these structures.We must respect the contributions of the late Maharaja and preserve these heritage pieces.

One of old building in mysore now it is not use because of some damage in building from many years corporation is not take action to re build or renovate just because of non maintaining this property it is miss used by sum people and even back side of this building is use as a public toilet this place is convert as open toilet for public

This place also help the upsc Aspirants to buy a books for exam preparation
