Langvoku is a natural waterfall discovered years ago by the locals and undertaken and developed by the Forest department as a picnic spot and hiking site. It's a naturally beautiful hill with a waterfall from the top of it, where the stream flows down to the picnic spot. Lots of people visit there to enjoy the beauty of the waterfall and the quite natural hill filled with the rushing of the cataract. There is a place for cooking and camping a vast parking space created for the visitors. Everyone one must visit this place specially during the hot summer to beat the heat and enjoy nature
Beautiful location but not developed in a thoughtful manner. The area close to the waterfall is quite risky and in slippery circumstances should be avoided until there are better walk ways.
This is one of the best visits of my life. It gives me a real thrill to see this beauty of nature. We went through a very narrow and remote road just by looking at the sign board from dilai I guess, I was really scared because the road is so curvy and narrow and also many patches of it are very bad. At some places there are complete jungles on both sides of the road. We thought we really entered into some very remote area without any return path. But luckily after so much anxiousness finally we reached the destination and oh my my , what a beauty it is. It's a big picnic spot with so many picnic parties. Also, the journey near to the peak of the fall is full of thrill. But with so many people comes so much dirtiness. I mean they are just throwing plastics and other garbage here and there. I just hope it does not affect the fall after a few years. It's a request to the people to take care of your own garbage after you are done with your party. Rest I can assure one will not be disappointed.
It's a best place for adults... children are allowed only under adults supervision... Its a better place to chill with frds ....
It's a breathtaking place..... Highly recommend for people who love to treak.....
This waterfall is very beautiful You will not regret coming here.
Place itself is marvelous but the 3 star is for the people who have littered it with plastic bottles and packets...people take bath here with shampoo packets polluting the serenity of the place. Strict maintenance is required. Managed to click some photos avoiding the litter and the crowd
Waterfall is the main attraction. You have to be very careful while climbing up, slope is very steep. Overall Langvoku is a nice place to visit.
