Must go place if u are visiting Manipur. The drive is great, along ridge lines up to the top. At the top there is a nice tourist tower to give you 360 degree views of the Imphal valley. There is a small entrance fee per head of Rs 40 and a vehicle fee of Rs 100
Amazing place. An unbelievable view all the sides. Get a good camera it will be worth it. Place is also used for shooting purpose. You need to drive up to the peak. There is a garden, a cafe and small eateries. A tower made for view.
The place is so beautiful and although it's about 1-2 hours ride away from Imphal, it's worth it. The fresh air and the wonderful scenery you get along the way is all worth it! And of course the felling of excitement you get once you climb to the top of the peak is stress relieving and totally makes you forget the climb!
Visited this place with a group of friends and it was surreal. The view is amazing. There is a watch tower situated on top of the peak which is approximately 1200m asl. From the tower you can see 360 degree of the surrounding area.
You can behold one of the best scenes of Manipur from the peak. The valleys and the hills, the beautiful hues of the mountains and skies. It is a must visit place in Manipur.
It was quite a view from the top of the tower but still needs some more things or infrastructure to fill up the place! May be built more tower or something similar to that! Anyway I love the place and people!
The approach from Imphal is good, with good roads all the way to the place,, and once you reach the place, head over to the top of the peak to experience a sight you'd have never seen before - beautiful lush green hillls and valleys all around. A must visit!
