Visited the place on a Sunday, though it was crowded, the Sales person provided a good overview of the complex. He accompanied me to show the entire Complex. A complete and nice gated community. The quality of construction also appears to be fine having built by L&T. The sales person was very professional and provided adequate time to explain the entire Project as well as upcoming Project. However the , Flats were tiny and without Balcony. For an area which will be available only after an year or so, it didnt seem to be value for money. The Project is good in the midst of the city.

Business parks are always facinating for IT employees and L&T has tried to keep it's reputation. The business Park is near Powai Gardens and takes barely 2 min to reach. The business Park has security officials in uniform and has two gates for visitor passes. The garden around here is well managed and it has proper path to walk in.
