The community is wonderful, crowd very decent and educated, the helping staff is wonderful and cooperative. The only negative if at all is the large number of strays but there is a check around it. The best condominium in mumbai, great facilities, ample amount of space for you to play in have fun, workout walk etc. however there are some stupid rules like you arent allowed to play in the garden during afternoon times, only after 5.
