Worst experience of being at a hotel, room charges okay Rs800 per night as per their hotel quality but food rates are like they are serving in a 5 star, could you believe a hotel which couldn't be given 1 star for their property charge Rs20 per chapati and Rs50 for 200 ml of milk. Most not recommended. Also in matter of service they served food in room and gave utensils to eat after half an hour.
For starters, this was by far the worst hotel room I've stayed in for the price quoted. The curtains were stained and filthy, the pillow covers were stained and unwashed. There were cockroaches on the floor. The TV unit was dumped in the corner. The windows looked unwiped or undusted for weeks. The water in the bathroom came out in a trickle, owing to which we couldn't even bathe. The large exhaust from the toilet is right above the bed. Yes, you read that right! Regarding the location, it's perched right outside the clock tower in an extremely crowded place. Despite being told that there is an option to park vehicles, there wasn't any upon arriving there. All in all, we are still trying to come to terms with the fact that this hotel charges almost 5k per night.I wonder how the owners could even think of pricing it over 1k.
Dirtiest rooms I have seen. To summarize: 1) Some dark stains on curtains. 2) A weird sink in the room with outlet pipe broken. 3) Yellow stains on the pillow. 4) Dull paint with cellotape stuck on the wall. 5) TV in room but not working. 6) 4 cockroaches roaming aroung (2 of which I dispatched to heavenly abode) 7) And the best one was that window/outlet of the toilet opens in the room. While that may help continue conversation even when someone is in the toilet, but it definitely bad for smell/sound point of view. 8) Charged a bomb for the all the above "amenities".
Pros : Service was good.Staff was cooperative.Food was also good.Rooms and washroom were clean. Cons : Although rooms were okay but its structure is old.Curtains were dirty and rooms are not upto date.it need renovation.
Stayed here for one night. Good view and friendly staff. They really need to work on the cleanliness part. My room and the washroom was very dirty.
It was a very good stay. All the things were good and satisfactory. The location of the property was perfect and easily reachable. The staff of the property was very cooperative. Overall five-star rating for the entire stay.
Rooms are like only one person can stay ... No view from Windows... In short use it only for emergency if all hotels are full .. otherwise there are so many better options
