Landmark's Road side Assistances - Car repair and maintenance service in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

If someone can vouch for landmark's service it has to be me. They not only provide prompt service but also ensure that the rider is alright. My bike had a break down in Ludhiana. It was 9 pm and I was on solo ride. They ensured my bike was picked up as early as possible and that I was alright. Recently my bike had another breakdown in Ujjain and once again they proved themselves. My bike was promptly picked up and delivered to the service station. When you are alone on the road landmark is the backup you need to have. Now I have peace of mind while travelling solo.

I had a breakdown near Hosapete, Karnataka. I called Mr. Sameer to arrange a truck for pick up of the bike. Mr. Sameer was proactive and immediately arranged a pick up van from Bangalore and reached the location in about 4hrs. I appreciate the service from Mr Sameer and Landmark RSA. I'm very happy with service offered.

Ashish from Landmark was super responsive. There was no battery guy nearby to jump start, so they arranged for a tow truck immediately and within 30 minutes motorcycle was picked up. Received a call after dropping the bike to the garage. Professional and very responsive, Highly recommend them.

Road side assistance still needs to be improved from the following.. The towing bike is heavy so it can't push by manual to load. The towing vehicle must be motorized to pull from the road. Requested to be two person always when reach to client for towing. In all cases.. the service was very peaceful to client and reaching as per set time. Keep it up... Iyyappan Krishnan.

Had a breakdown in the middle of the day on Sunday and Landmark came to the rescue. Sameer was prompt and super efficient to ensure I didn't have to wait for too long for a tow truck. The driver was efficient and knew exactly how to secure the vehicle on the flat bed. He took videos and picture before the tow, after it was hitched and once it was delivered at the workshop. The landmark team, driven by Sameer was extremely professional, prompt and I would definitely recommend them . Good job guys!!! Happy to have you'll by my side
