Landmark World - Apartment complex in Iringallur - Kozhikode, India

landmark world: to start with good apartment, spacious and well lit. cons: 1) Poorly maintained, no water (often due to breaking of the pipeline, every week u will be having no water for whole day), 2) Electricity also keeps going off frequently, though there are generators but machines don't work on generators. 3) Eventhough u may have parking space u may not get it as somebody else keeps parking on ur parking lot & administration does not have any solutiont to it. 4) u may find cat poop in front of ur door as there is lot of cats inside landmark world. 5) Administration & maintenance is very poor. Overall review : Don't buy or take a flat on rent in landmark world as it is a pathetic place to stay. Giving 1 star as u cant give zero stars.

Apartments are really good, spacious, ample of car parking, all amenities, good natural lighting.But even guest of the tenants should be able to use Gym, Parking and Pool.

Recommended for vvip guests bcz the security and service provided by them is remembered

An upmarket premium housing complex with all latest amenities at Kozhikode. Away from heart of city but dot on the 6 lane highway. Close to HiLite mall and Cyberpark and Metro hospital. At present the most premium apartment in this location with ample visitor and owner parking.

Well maintained and great view. Unlike many other flats, Parking space is not congested and well maintained. Guest rooms are also nice.
