Landmark Residency - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

Do we have an option of negative rating. (Had to give 1star just to post my comment) Reserved the Banquet Hall for a family gathering and was highly disappointed by the poor food quality, service, and untrained staff at Landmark Residency. Despite expressing our concerns to Manager Mr. Umesh, he seemed disinterested, provided weak excuses, and didn't bother to apologize. Such a behaviour of the Manager adversely impacted name and goodwill of my family in front of my relatives. Suggest everyone reconsidering hosting events at Landmark Residency. Change in the staff is highly recommended right from Top to Bottom especially for the Banquet Hall along with the food quality and service.

Very untidy rooms, food services only from 9 to 3, and 7 to 11. Dirty linen and bad house keeping service. HK staff barged into the room even after DND was on. Would not recommend it to anyone. Not at all worth at INR 7500/-

The room was decent but the staff at the reception are arrogant and disrespectful they didn't not keep up to what they told us. They really need to learn how to treat and talk to customers since we pay them for a good service not to be treated disrespectfully

I am highly disappointed that the owner and the management were such frauds . I would sceriouly suggest that we look at another place we booked 3 rooms for 2 days and they took a hundred per cent advance. The service was so poor, and the hotel was so dingy that our guest left at 7 am. itself the next day .. they did not even refund the money, and the owner said, "Do what you want. I don't care ... I lost my money and faced embarrassment in front of my guest .. I hope others don't fall in this trap

Absolutely honest Review - Booked a room here from Agoda, comparatively cheaper from their 'book direct' prices. The room is absolutely clean & rest everything is top notch, the AC is so nice, that it's worth mentioning here. I found the staff very well behaved. I don't really know if you can see it in the photos, but the main issue i found here is the Bed, it's not a queen/king size as far as we were told, it's a double bed, adjoined together, which is very uncomfortable to sleep on, especially for a couple. Later, The manager came & apologized & mentioned that all 20/22 rooms have same beds. Plus points - the room is absolutely clean & gorgeous, quite spacious. Food - Absolutely delicious food, they even packed the rest of the food for us, when asked too. Most irritating thing - 1) everytime you order something on the call to the hotel, they'll say it's chargeable, i mean who's not aware when they stay, that even water is chargeable. We ordered chai 3 times, they said that, everytime. Yes we are aware. They need to stop that! 2) whenever the guests ask for towels & extra pillows, you give them, when only one towel for a couple was provided, receptionist called us & said 'sir allowed nahi hai, phir bhi humne diya aapko. 2 pillows & two towels are not allowed? Even 2 star hotel will send a pillow if guests asks. 3) they didn't stock up the sugar & tea bags in the room, which are free, we had to call twice to get them. Good stay, absolutely one time! There's a breakfast buffet if you're interested, for 210/- per head, did not have it, but worth mentioning here.

There is option to give non star rating?? who give this hotel three star , worst hotel we ever found in life , it's like a cheap guest house , rooms have cockroaches, Ac not working, hot water not available, flush not working, food is average, when u vl book they showing u breakfast free , later they vl take charges for it , we book from Agoda, we just put our luggage der and back night 10.30pm there , in just 3 hours we had changed rooms three times in night 3am we slept, not know even how to talk with clients even , worst worst worst thousands times....

It's an okay place so to say , though there is a lot of room for improvement with regards to wifi is is forever down , the ACs are malfunctioning sometimes , the bathroom flush in some is not working , but the room service by the cleaners is very good

Worst place ever. Pictures are fake or may be light years agoes. Do not visit this place you'll leave only with regrets.
