Pathetic customer service and vehicle know how. My Jeep Compass started developing power window issues within first 4 months of the vehicle purchase. First visit at the service centre - 4 days. No solve due to non availability of parts. Second visit at the service centre - I was informed that the necessary parts are available and the vehicle will be delivered in 4 days. It's been more than 8 days now and the service centre people have no deadline as of now till when they will deliver the car. Even after specifying my dependence on the vehicle as primary mode for commutation, the service centre did not have the courtesy of arranging an alternate vehicle. I have now spoken to multiple people at Jeep, and they seem to have the same answer. The Jeep brand and their service centres don't really care about their customers.
