Writing this review as a fully satisfied new owner of the amazing Jeep compass. Where do I begin. Short review: Amazing customer support from pre-sales, sales, and after sales support. If you can spare the time to read, here is my in depth review. As a new buyer, it is quite common to have millions of doubts before buying a new car. Especially when there are so many other cars in the market. However my top reason for choosing Jeep was the fantastic support they provided during the entire purchase journey. Mr. Nikhil was my sales coordinate with whom I interacted throughout. He answered all my queries and even went beyond in explaining all intricate details easily. During the delivery of the vehicle, we spotted minor defects on the vehicle but the team at Jeep took quick action and help me resolve them immediately without any hassles. Post delivery of the vehicle, I took my Jeep compass for a long road trip (2300kms) and Mr. Nikhil was in constant touch to make sure that my journey was smooth and my trip was going as perfect as possible. During my trip, I took the new car for offroading and damaged the left door side fender. I reached out to Mr. Nikhil and Mr. Vaibhav without any hesitant and they helped me resolve this issue in the smoothest way possible. For nee buyers who are still considering Jeep, I would suggest go ahead without any doubts. Even if there are other cars in the market that provides fancy features, but they clearly lack the customer service and affection that Jeep does. Thank you Jeep India, Mr. Nikhil, and Mr. Vaibhav for helping me make the right choice.

Pathetic service, don't ever buy. They took my vehicle for 2 days and didn't solve any of my problems. And on the top of that they charged me excessive amount of doing nothing and that was not required, they were even charging 4k for wheel alignment which was not even required. The worst customer service ever I have received through any service center of any product. A big no and minus rating for them.
