One of the best budget friendly hotels near Vizag railway station. I had booked it on phone and paid the amount after check in. The staff was good and coordinated well. There were no issues or complains about them. The security guard was notorious and passed a communal stir at me seeing my beard. But I didn't bothered to paid attention as it was much below my level to argue with such person. With respect to hotels I didn't had any complains. The food was also good, and the complimentary breakfast was also good.

Very bad customer service.we booked a room but we have to cancel due to avoidable circumstances. The manager is very cruel first she agreed for refund with lots of arguments then later she denied. Their hotel cancellation policy in website cleary says to refund but they purposely denied for refund our amount. Not fare to crab the customer amount like this. Please don't go to this lodge or suggest to anyone.

Good hotel to stay with family or friends This hotel is located very near to vizag railway station Breakfast is available here as complimentary for room booking and the breakfast is available between 8:00 Am to 10:00 Am Rooms are maintained clean and few rooms are so spacious with 2 seater sofa and table Bathrooms are also clean Wifi is also available here

Very very experience room is good but they keep damaged items in room like tea table rashtriya check out the as too much money and bad behaviour with customer

First of all fraud manager ( Mr. Krishna) . He'll promise you something and will provide you something else! In the middle of reservation period they'll call you and ask you to leave the room for 2hrs for other guests! Never saw such an unprofessional hotel before! Now come into room condition! Bathroom was untidy, small and damp! Rooms were ok but not up to the mark. Do not book this property during your vacation period.
