Nice workshop which spreads in huge area. The customer lounge is small and it needs to be tidy. Very congested. The staff is supportive and attentive. The location of the workshop is perfect on the main Ambli Bopal road. Satisfied with the service by the landmark team.

Poor service. They give wrong advice. For noise in front wheel they replace brake plate and shoe but problem not resolved. Later the said frame need to be replaced. I took second opinion and the noise problem got resolved by changing lower arm bush and jumper mount in another workshop. Never trust them. They cannot do service too properly, my car broke down after service since battery was not serviced properly. Managers never accept wrong doings but always find faults with Customer. Customer service never take corrective action.

Excellent service, ambience and full of smiling faces. Always ready to help I have purchased Honda amaze from them in 2014 and still my car is under their service protection. They made my car as good as new after total scrap condition and recently I got body work done and got my car ceramic coating. They have some special material developed by them. wonderful job. A special mention for Mr. Jaiminbhai Rawal who has been looking after my car for all these years.

Worst experience I gave honda amaze car only for service not a single problem in car on 3 rd day they call me and told in ur car FI diesal pump not working so around 65000 rs will charge for new pump I shocked when my car pick from my house from landmark driver and driver did not complain that car is not working properly then how it is possible? That may be they change the costly parts that is the only possibility so pls be careful if possible go with ur car and at the service time available in front of car

I have booked honda elevate with full amount.Was assured delivery on specific date. But it seems they r not responding. Quality of customer care keeping public in limbo

I recently had a terrible experience at the Honda Service Station, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with others. The level of service I received was shockingly poor, and it has left me questioning the reputation of Honda as a company. Firstly, the staff at the service station seemed completely disinterested in assisting me. It took an incredibly long time for someone to even acknowledge when My car pickup will be done. And I got a call that my car service was done at 6pm but till 11 pm I was waiting for delivery of my car. I expected better from a reputable company like Honda, known for its customer service. The overall experience left me feeling frustrated, taken advantage of, and lacking confidence in Honda's service standards. As a long-time Honda owner, I had always trusted the brand, but this incident has shattered that trust completely. I sincerely hope that the management at the Honda Service Station takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and receive the quality service they are paying for. Until I see a significant change in their approach, I cannot in good conscience recommend this service station to anyone. In conclusion, my experience at the Honda Service Station was incredibly disappointing. The lack of professionalism, dismissive attitude, and poor repair work have left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise potential customers to consider alternative options before entrusting their vehicles to this service station.

3 rd class service.. no proper technical assistance. Everything working in car but after service dilivery time...so many technical issues. Great job. Job card time all are sleeping. Divery time so many technical issues.
