This showroom doesn't live up to the Mercedes brand legacy we assume in India. The air conditioning system of the showroom was not switched on. What kind of a luxury car showroom keeps the air conditioner switched off. The sales person was not very convincing. He hasn't yet shared the price list of the cars we are interested in, which he had committed to share. Very unprofessional overall experience. At least I'm glad that I came to know about this before buying the car, so that I can safely now avoid buying any Mercedes car.
The worst car buying experience ever. Our first luxury car buying experience was worse than purchasing a cycle. The guys really do not know how to keep a client happy. They not only delivered the car late, they also goofed up at the RTO end, resulting in me not being able to use the car as my fast tag details are yet awaited even after 10 days of getting the car delivered!!
The good sales experience one assumes with luxury brands and it was a seamless process. They also have Landmark insurance which they encourage you to use. It was a very disappointing experience to say the least. We lost our car key ,the replacement for which is 52k. We had fortunately taken a Loss of key cover. The shock was when we were told that our insurance would only cover 25k and why were we not informed of this My question was why sell a cover of 25k for a key costing 52k. None of the executives from Landmark even know this. The executive who sold us the policy did not even have the courtesy to revert. We were wrong to assume that they would guide us properly. Very unethical.

We are very glad that Ms. Pooja Nair was our sales representative. She provided us a very positive and hassle free passage through the sales process till the actual delivery with proper one to one query resolution and guidance. Definitely a benchmark in sales and an asset for Landmark. We surely need more of such sales professionals in the industry. Future recommendations from our end is for sure.

Abdul from this showroom who calls him self a team leader doesn't deserve this post i highly doubt the one who promoted this guy to be a team leader of Mercedes this guy Abdul is suitable for Maruti . Mercedes needs to understand their standards the cars are worth 1cr not 5 to 6 lac but landmark Mercedes have people like adbul which is known as cost cutting i Highly doubt this showroom can offer you a good service hight not recommended
We recently bought a Merc E220 . We had a absolutely smooth & great experience with the representative Mr. Sanjay Bagel from Landmark. The loan process was too smooth and quick unlike other bank loan process. Mr. Ashutosh Sharma too did a good job. The delivery was on time, appluadable & suprise celebration. The team members were kind enough. Overall it was a marvelous experience.
