Landmaark hotels - Hotel in Tiruppur - Tiruppur, India

Very worst hotel. Have stayed in my lifetime. Lack of professionalism, lack of customer service. No proper response from the staffs. Think all reviews are fake, they are trying to cheat customers like us by giving false reviews. Not suitable for family stay as there was so many unmarried couples roaming inside the hotel, never ever pefer to stay at LANDMARK HOTELS .

Sir I am not happy with your stay Kindly correct all these things 1.Wardrobe was not cleaned 2.Somebody's pant was inside the wardrobe 3.Cigarette was there and not cleaned 4. Toilet's flush out was not properly set and the water was going out continuously 5. Fan is producing a heavy sound and it is disturbing 6. Above all these things phone connection in the room is not working 7. Bathroom floor was washed away with some liquid and it is very slippery 8.Water heater is not working. 9.Very poor and careless response from your service team 10.Sorry I had my lifetime worst experience with your Landmark hotels, Tiruppur. Over all experience was not satisfied. Poor customer service, management is getting too much of money from customer but no proper response & service to customer. I strongly suggest not to stay in this hotel.

Don't ever choose this if you have females in the family,The workers were staring from end to end. The doors were so Safe that we can't even enter into our room. The receptionist has no patience and ended up mocking us in the phone. The food we ordered reached after a very long time. AC is not working properly. Lack of professionalism from the staffs. There was no tea/Coffee stalls nearby and they did not provide tea/Coffee which is a basic Thing. Worst service and felt unsafe

Not worth for money, ac not working properly but they charge 2400 for the room, manager does not respond properly for the issues, management have to look into the customer satisfaction immediately.

At a very prime location, the hotel is very good for your business trips and personal trips. Service and food is good. Mr. Vognesh hped us a lot during our stay. Highly recommended.

These people give bribe to not publish negative review Exact words of the hotel staff "sir jitna paisa chahye me refund dunga please bas negative review mat dena" Please do no stay here , all reviews are fake. Staff Vignesh unprofessional, AC was not working , blankets were of such a cheap quality stinky dirty and were like 50rs blanket And then making false promise that we will refund you 500rs don't give negative review and then didn't gave even a penny as compensation for AC not working and no blankets in the room Instead gave his number and said I will give you via gpay later and then when tried calling didn't received any call Women safety issue, zero services concern and waste of money. We have never received any refund from you and we have called 1000 times but you did not even received the call so stop saying that refund of 500 given if you are so sure attach the receipt of sending us money , you are just fooling people this way

That is a good place to stay overnight but the food served took alot of time,breakfast was good but there was no coffee/tea station in the hotel,it is served only during breakfast hours. As there was no Tea/coffee stall nearby,We felt inconvenient. Door knobs were not good as we felt difficult to enter the room. It is 3 min walk from Railway station.. Services took alot of time. Lack of professionalism from the staff.
