Lamore Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Pernem, Mandrem - North Goa, India

Stayed in the lotus in Dec 22. The location is amazing...right on the beach with a great view. However the entire place lacks basic hygiene. Dozens of cockroaches in the room. The mattress belongs to a museum. We had to undergo physiotherapy after staying there. We fell sick and had food poisoning after eating the restaurant food as well. The restaurant service staff is superb though.

We were warmly received by management and staff at L'amore, on arrival and throughout our three week stay. In fact they all went above and beyond normal duty to deal with any issues and make our stay the best it could be. The food was really good. The cottage accommodation was too, with the exception of a few noisy weekends when local tourists came for their weekend fun. We were sad to leave and would gladly return. Chris and Sarah

Pathetic hospitality. Room are not very well maintained. Mattress are in very bad conditions, no tv in room, no room service and worst of all very bad food quality. Post this review even if you plan to stay at this property please please don't try their restaurant. Very unhygienic kitchen and food test is terrible. Staff in the restaurant is behaving as if your doing favor by eating at their restaurant. Only positive point is it right on beach but you will find many hotels nearby at the same price

Poorly done rooms, mattresses were stinking & electrical fittings exposed to give you a shocking experience. Person at reception was very rude & it was evident that property is being managed by unprofessional & unskilled team.. we checked out within 10 minutes of checking in. Only thing good about Lamore is their 'Beach front' To summarise - Lamore is a badly managed property with good sea front, managed by a team that doesn't know anything about hospitality, have zero service standards & guest satisfaction is of least importance to them.

Rooms bathroom door were not closing. Very noisy door. All bathroom door stopper were found broken. Manager / Management didn't responded to solve any these very small issues. Very minimum staff was found during our 5 days stay...... So quick service hope was not there. Attached Restaurant was also very slow in service. Food supply chain was not proper. Hot roti/ paratha servings not observed. We were forced to order at once. No subsequent orders were accepted........... We missed hot food i. e. Parathas / NAN / RICE...... specially we observed that while our stay there was no crowd in hotel & RESTAURENT. (IN THIS RESORT) Location is good. Beach is clean & safe. Surfing sports was available vd a expert trainer. For swimming safe area was there. Here with family swimming + water sport activities can be enjoyed Beach Guards were there. They were not allowing any one to go in deep see. They were very alert regarding safety. BEACH is the +positive point of this resort... No doubts about it.

TLDR: The best ever.... Thank you so much team for such an amazing time... Food, drinks, management, people, location, vibes... Just everything about this place was perfect. I was trying to plan my honeymoon trip to Goa... Luckily got a professional itinerary designer and this was something that they suggested... I loved the location and booked it... You can check them on insta with the tag @diyitinerary on insta... Reached there.... Was treated extremely welcoming... Everyone greets you with a smile... Amazing location.... Right on the beach, they got their sunbeds, restaurants, bar and spa services....if you have any kind of requests just ask them and they will try their best to provide you with the best possible solution... Ashwem beach offers you peace and when you are at such a place you will love every part of it. Breakfast was good.... Loved the sandwiches... Everything that we ordered was amazing... Never had a disappointed food or drink served in the entire stay and I honestly asked for a lot of things but they were all extremely welcoming and happy to assist. Spa was fantastic... Pricing was usual and they do offer multiple options. Do check them out. Food - 5/5 Drinks - 5/5 Management - 5/5 Spa services - 5/5 Rooms - 4/5 Location - 5/5 Amenities - 5/5 Highly recommended if you are looking for an amazing peaceful beach with all the relaxing positive vibes, great food and some amazing people.

I love staying at this charming little beach resort. Dinesh & Aarti are excellent hosts and whenever we have stayed here, they have gone out of their way to make it an excellent experience. While they have these amazing modern rooms, i personally prefer staying in their eco cottages which is rustic but covers all the main requirements. Honestly they are a little fancy too but in a grounded way. Waking up to the sound of waves, and just walking out of your room to the beach which is just a few yards away - is really amazing. They have a parking upstairs ( you climb down to the resort on stairs from the main road) which is so convenient & safe. Breakfast is usually inclusive in the deal. They go out of their way to make guests comfortable. Solo travelers can expect to be introduced to others travelling staying there so you can enjoy a meal together or just socialize. A totally warm experience. And of course if you can, do have a chat with Mukesh at Lamore ( ask anyone who he is). An amazing person who will wow you with his stories and experiences. Cannot wait to get back to my next stay there!

Had an amazing experience overall. Joseph is a great guy. Though staffing was limited still he ensured everything is looked into. Very good room service & housekeeping. We stayed in Lotus Suite (beach front) & one of our best places at Goa. Amazing view. Will definitely revisit.
