Lalys Residency - Rooms - Lodge in Pattikkad - Thrissur, India

Lalys residency is one of the finest residency in thrissur. Rooms are excellent and room services are superb. Their hospitality is amazing one. They are having delux, standard, suit rooms available for different class. Moreover amble car parking is there and very relaxed place to stay. They have hypermarket and a class restaurant near this rooms.

The rooms are small. The bathroom wasn't clean, the towel, bedsheet had stains on it. Hot water wasn't there. Overall it was poor experience. Not worth the price. Only positive is the location, can easily be accessed from NH

The hotel is located in a peaceful area of Aqaba, and is stunning when you enter. Beautiful organic wood patterns adorn the lobby ceiling, calm music play

This is an expensive hotel with very basic facilities in fact less than basic facilities. The rooms were very small for the price paid plus the sheets were dirty and was unclean. The floors were unclean too. Very disappointed with the service and I would not suggest this place to anyone. Infact there are other basic rooms which are less costly and more spacious than this. There are no plug points except for the ones plugged to the lamps. The online booking showed this place as full however when you visit directly in fact there are rooms available and they charge at a higher price. Overall very bad experience and I would not suggest anyone to book this place considering the poor service. If I had an option I would not give even 1 start review.

Prime location, room service was excellent. Cleanliness and maintenance was poor. Elevator shaft opening from rooms were not properly secured, may lead to safety hazard

Booked 2 rooms for 2 days with family. But at the time of check in , only one room was given and we're asked to wait 6 hours. Even after that they were unable to provide room and i was forced to call Agoda customer support. Then by late night 11 pm they provide a normal room with no stated amenities as per my booking. Apart from these issues stay was okay.

Unhygienic rooms which stinks very bad, too low quality bathrooms. Water gets logged even after a quick shower in washroom. Beds were stinking for the whole day, couldn't sleep properly dues to the noise of the Air conditioner and the bad smell in the room. Not at all recommended.

Rooms are clean and neat ! Prices are reasonable (in online booking) Facilities like play ground, restaurant are very good. All basic facilities (supermarket, stores, medical stores etc) are available nearby. ! Parking facilities is available with security. Receptionist Sheba & Hrithik was really supportive for making the arrangement. Restaurant are not so costly and food are tasty (little bit spicy) I will recommend this anyone want to stay with family and kids.
