Road is extremely bad. Besides, there is no security in this area if anything happens. No shops are there nearby.
Lalpul, is small village near Ashapur tea estate or Naxalbari. One can take the Asian highway towards Naxalbari from Bagdogra , after crossing the Toll plaza take right turn and take the metal road which will lead you to a crossing , take right turn and you will be at Lalpul. Ask any one for the Fountain and a village motorable path will lead you yo the reservoir . It is locally very popular place. photography with long placed hill is a good canvas for memorable trip.
