Lal Kurti a mohalla which comes under Lucknow Cantonment Board located at Raebareli road near Ambedkar Shiksha Niketan School... This area originally belongs to Cantt property having small quarters (250-350 sqft) being occupied by a small group of people working in army. Habitation in this area took place before independence around 1931. Since then people were living in this locality. President of India of that time passed a resolution to transfer property rights to people living there by doing auction of properties through Govt. agency named Custodian. All revenues like House tax, sewer tax and water Tax being collected and managed by Lucknow Cantonment Board here.

This is not a park people in Lal kurti does not allow kids to play games out door. even if there is an park in Lal kurti there people had plant tree they are saying that that it is our land

Worst place in Lucknow. Cows are always sitting on the road. No one is looking on it. Lucknow Nagar Nigam is sleeping. Cantt Board has no control over it.

Good place to spent time in morning and park have lot of space with clean and clear environment.
