Yes. As the owner says, the VA is less compared to any other branded outlet. But, the number of models is very less. You can reach out to this store for the standard designs for the best price. If you are looking at unique designs, I would say, this is the last option. Store maintenance is not up to the mark. And don't ask about the mannequin in the Diamond section. The diamonds lost their value with the quality of mannequins they are using. I gave them the feedback too. We lost the interest to shop at this store mainly due to the maintenance & crowd.

The designs and collection is very good. But the service is very bad. They dont ask for even a cup of tea or water or juice to the customers. In this summer season when people come to your shop to spend lakhs in buying jewellery, the least to offer is courtesy in terms of some drinks. The power supply fluctuated, the whole shop was in darkness for few minutes when i went. Evetually I purchased the jewellery for my mother. I would give 4 star rating is for the collections of jewellery, and 1 star for service. I find GRT too good in terms of service to customers and the way they treat customers. Please improve this area. Rest all is good.
