DONT GO we are regular customers to rajahmundry branch but we recently came to know how they are cheating especially in old gold exchange section, if there is any recomandation they give good value of old gold otherwise if we are strangers they don't care,recently we bought chain and went for exchange yesterday,they didn't give the option to exchange(there is bill) also they didn't give us yesterday's value for chain ,they cheated us by giving us value on the day of our purchase (lower value) So, I'm asking why they ask gold purchase paper while we want to exchange if there is no use??????
They was not giving good service. This hospital charges to much of money. Really it was very bad experience in this hospital.
Today I have taken 25grams of earrings and matilu under flexoflexi scheme I saw improvements in this branch 1. Designs super satisfied and very beautiful 2. Staff Mr. Syed Ismail asigned to us we are very much pleased to his knowledge and service he showed us lots of designs and given estimates of desired once patiently. One of the most useless gold mall.. of Old gold valuation is worst. Even exchange of new gold along bill also their valuation is less... In publicity view they said good shop but VAT and GST charges are samelike other big shops. Limited models only applying 10% charges remaining models 18%,20%,22% like this. Don't be fool to go this shop. Think once and go this shop. Gold Smiths are the best to make your models you want in convenient prize.
