I had a disappointing experience with this institution, and I want to caution others against getting involved in their schemes. The behavior of the executives there was unprofessional, which was unexpected from a reputed institution. I had seen advertisements featuring Mr. Kiran Kumar Jain, the chairman, on TV, emphasizing the value of hard-earned money. However, it seemed to me that these ads were primarily aimed at boosting sales rather than genuinely caring about customers. I had a high regard for Mr. Jain, thinking he might have a remarkable story, but my visit to their Malleshwaram branch left me extremely dissatisfied. Let me share what happened during my visit: I joined their scheme at the Marathahalli branch in Bengaluru, where I paid Rs10,000 every month for 11 months with the intention of buying jewelry of my choice once the scheme matured. However, when I visited their showrooms in Marathahalli and Jayanagar after maturity, I was disappointed by the lack of variety and quality in their jewelry pieces. I learned that their Malleshwaram branch had a more extensive collection, so my husband and I decided to visit early one weekend morning to expedite our visit. However, what followed was a frustrating ordeal. We managed to select the bangles we liked, but then came the drama. Before we could proceed with the purchase, we were told that the invoice wasn't generating, and we had to pay a certain amount. We waited for what felt like an eternity--10 minutes turned into 20, and eventually, we spent over an hour and a half without any assistance. It was a woeful experience, with no offer of a place to sit, water, or even a cup of tea. I found it unacceptable that after spending Rs2,00,000 on bangles, they didn't value their customers' time and comfort. Even small shops where you buy a saree treat customers better. Hence, I'm cautioning everyone not to fall for their schemes. After this experience, I realized that buying one-gram gold ornaments from other places with more variety and better customer service was a far better option. Finally, after waiting for a considerable time, I decided to meet the manager or head of the branch. Mr. Shanmuganathan, the Assistant General Manager, tried to console me and apologized for the ordeal. He assured me that he was aware of the issues with their service and promised to send the invoice to my home. He even provided me with his business card. In conclusion, I strongly advise everyone to make informed decisions before investing their hard-earned money and to avoid falling into the traps of such schemes. The customer service at this jewelry store was extremely poor, and I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others.

I visited Lalitha Jewels in Malleswaram, and while the building is impressive with different floors dedicated to various types of jewelry, I was disappointed with the service I received. The staff was not particularly helpful or friendly, and I did not feel like they made any effort to assist me in finding what I was looking for.I was quite displeased with their advertising of "zero weightage and making charge." In my opinion, it's all just a marketing gimmick and not worth the hype. Overall, I did not have a positive experience at Lalitha Jewels.

Height of inefficiency in billing. They make customer wait forever. Selecting was a few minutes. But billing took so long just becoz I exchanged old gold.

If you're looking for Victorian era or traditional collections, you can head to this place. Ambience is not top notch and not welcoming with no attention to incoming customers. Place needs an uplift to compete with other similar establishments in the area. What's likeable is the quick seating arrangements at the entrance if you are looking for a breather. The store itself is spacious though.

Decent locale, well informed careful staff, designs are not that new, sometimes some are not available. The advantage is transparent price. Hygine is maintained. Have been a here a couple of times, Parking is very small, need to keep thinking about your vehicle kept somewhere away. Avoid weekend rush, go on weekdays to get good attention. This bald headed CEO, Who also is its brand ambassador, has succeeded in transferring some of the marketing cost saved back to you.

Whenever I see lalitha Adrivitize I feel like they are geninue...may be they r geninue but seriously works are not working efficiently... They won't show at all.. But first floor purity check damn good.

This shop has a large collection of gold jewellery and silver items. They have a huge collection of gift items in silver too. The service needs to be improved. The number of sales personnel should be increased when the number of customers is increasing especially during the festival period. We had to wait for 20 minutes for the salesman to come over and help us out. Even, they are helpless since the number of people working is less.
