One of the largest jewellery showrooms in madurai. Huge collection of old and silver jewellery.. VA is comparatively less here. Their chit schemes are good. Very clean and neat ambience. The interior is too good. Very bright and beautiful lights. Two floors.. ground floor for gold jewellery. First floor for some gold collection, full silver section and diamond section. Good customer service. Almost all the sales people are very friendly and soft spoken.. and of course somehow they try to convince you to join in their Chit schemes..

Parking lot is good, can take your car, but if you are going on a weekend or crowded u may not get a place. They don't reduce the price even one bit even if you are a regular customer, so don't waste your time bargaining, the wastage is up to 12percent in some designs, so be prepared for that and GST is an additional 3 percent. Don't believe the advertisements and go expecting a very little wastage or working cost. Customer service was not very good, the attender for us was not very enthusiastic about showing us designs. Billing as usual was delayed even though we went on a weekday morning.

The owners are building their empire from scratch. But these employees thinks that they are the owners of the showroom. Respect is based upon what u r going to purchase there. If u r purchasing 1 gram gold like earings, u will be given respect for that 1 gram only. No need to ask for silver section. Owners should teach their employees how to treat their customers.

Located in a great business area. Ample basement car parking available in a location where roadside parking is a complex problem in particular. The store has a great collection of jewellery. Must go place to purchase gold and silver jewellery

We came for repair work which we bought less than a week ago. Initially they asked extra fee for repairing. Later they agreed to do repair without charges. But purposely they are saying wait for 2hours. We are staying out of city (180km away from Madurai). During the phone call they said only 15-20mins. Very worst customer service and poor quality of making. They should take the responsibility. Later one supervisor at ground floor take us back. Thanks for him but in first floor they arrogantly denied to action it

Had a lot of good collections. But they must give flexible payment options to the customers.
